The easy explanation is if you recently replied to or posted message(s) on the club server. As others respond "reply all" to your post you get their message directly plus the one they sent to the list server.

I am getting duplicate messages periodically. Today they were from Bill 
Leahy and David Schwandt. Didn't keep track of them in the past so don't 
know if the same. Anyone have the answer?
