Tony, I bought the tank for my 300H from Valley Vintage Auto Parts in LaGrange, Ohio (Ebay). It fits perfectly, looks great, and it is one piece. There's no rubber gasket between the filler neck and tank. It is a ridged design, I think it's welded. It holds 22.9 gallons, filled to the base of the neck. I am satisfied with it.
