This is a great website that chronicles Chrysler's early success at Daytona and Grand National racing. Also a fantastic inside look of some of the politics of the notables of this era and their attempts in dominating this sport. Perhaps it has been posted before, if so I've missed it. I uncovered it while researching a topic of the top speed of early C1 Corvettes (1956 to 1962), and noted that none of them came close to the numbers that the 300 B posted in the Flying Mile at Daytona in 1956. At the bottom of each page, there is an Icon that represents the factory brochure of the 300 B. Click on this Icon to carry on to successive pages. There are many many of them. Also an early history of Pan American racing. This is likely the best site that I've ever found on early 300's. http://www.300b.info/page%208.htm Many of you likely know of it already, for the rest, enjoy.
