Yes, the 300D and other 1958 Chryslers could be equipped with dual air  
conditioning (Code 342)  The e-bay car, however, is/was equipped with  the 
single front AC unit.
For those interested, the engine appears to be from a New Yorker,  
originally. 
Sure looks like a nice car to restore, though.
