[Chrysler300] Problem

Well My new to me 300K WAS running fine. I was sitting in it last night with a test light, when she just stopped.
At first I thought it was out of gas as the gas gauge does not work. I went and put 5 gallons in,still nothing.
It is not a fuel issue as i have plenty of gas in the carb. I then changed the plugs,still nothing.I even went
and put the electronic distibutor system on, and still nothing  She cranks very strong but will not
start up.So any ideas?
