We source Pollack parts for our truck/RV service and repair business on a regular basis. The quality is generally very high. Availablity through a warehouse distributor is good. Pricing is above more competitively priced lines in most cases. I called Pollack tech support when one of their previously bullet proof products died suddenly in service leaving a customer stranded in Gallup, NM. Got reimbursed for the bad part and personal Pollack customer service in a timely manner. Of course, time spent by customer and our time to correct problem is never compensated but I did get personal, timely support with my problem to verify at least that failure was not caused by me. I say, good company, and one very bad part in 50 years experience. And yes, they do have parts that fit old vehicles and, yes, they are pricey. And, their parts will be in CarQuest and NAPA boxes at an even higher price also. And, old line companies like Echlin, Meritor, Moog, Spicer, Dana and a bunch more with buyouts and everything else going on are not what they were 20 years ago.
