Hi all - A discussion has arisen on the Forwardlook list - there is a recent photograph of a beautiful Gauguin Red 300-C convertible taken at at cruise night in London, Ontario. The car in the pic has two 7" headlights, not the four 5" ones that were later 50-state legal. A comment was made that there were NO 1957 300-Cs that left the factory with the so-called "single" headlight system. I know that is not the case, having seen a few since my first been in this club in 1979. Is there an approximate count of these early "single" headlight cars that were manufactured? I would like to post more accurate information than that which has already been posted.
