[Chrysler300] rear air bezel

I am restoring a 300F using the rear air component. I need to find a complete bezel and parts (including switch, mount, knob, and marking REAR AIR) I am told this would be from the 1960 to 1963 rear air control and bezel used in the Chrysler Station Wagon. 
If anyone has any information or any parts of this control please let me know here or at the address below.
