Hi Bob, Years ago I used "heater" hose to replace the vacuum supply line to the remote booster mounted under the drivers fender on my 300K. It didn't take long for the hose to collapse which choked off the vacuum supply. A local NAPA store then supplied correct "vacuum" hose which hasn't given me an issue since 1993. I'd imagine that the 5 foot length of my application made it especially susceptible to collapsing and you'd probably make do temporarily with heater hose on a much shorter run. Any suggestions for a source of original style hoses? If these are just heater hose, I could probably just use MoPar branded heater hose from the dealer. What have others done? Thanks!
