Hi folks, Now that I have a properly functioning cooling system on my J, I did a test run and blew some carbon out with a brief full throttle blast while cruising. My tach cable decided to break up at the distributor (due to the high rpms and age I assume as it was lubed), and I am going to need a new one. I see that Imperial Services lists a tach cable for the F,G, H &J. The cables for the F,G and H are the same but the J might be different. Has anyone ordered a cable from Imperial Services and successfully used it on a J? Or is there any other source for the tach cable? Looking at old posts on the listserver, some folks indicated that the cables from Imperial Services did not have quite the correct housing and didn't screw on well at the distributor. Any advice or feedback would be most appreciated. 300ly, Carl Bilter with a J in Iowa [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] ------------------------------------ To send a message to this group, send an email to: Chrysler300@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe from this group, send an email to: Chrysler300-unsubscribe@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx For list server instructions, go to http://www.chrysler300club.com/yahoolist/inst.htm For archives go to http://www.forwardlook.net/300-archive/Yahoo!
