Others: Has a number of unique C300 parts, including the block, tranny,
bumper, speedo, front trim piece & etc.

 

Up for auction this 1955 platinum C300 2 door hardtop for parts only. In my
opinion this car is not restorable. Vin # 3N551212. It has the correct 300
engine block serial # 3NE551251. The engine is now equipped with a single 4
barrel carb and single 4 barrel intake manifold. There is NO batwing
aircleaner, NO dual carb and NO dual 4 barrel intake manifold. This engine
was built with a full race cam and solid lifters. The power flyte
transmission was also modified with the C300 model. The C300 has PS and PB
options as well as manual wind-up windows, am radio and clock. 

This car is mostly complete including the 300 trim and other items
associated with the 300 model. There are no wheel covers and a strip of
molding above the front windshield is missing. The rear side window glass
and vent windows are intact. The rear window is missing. Front windshield,
driver and passenger door windows are broken or cracked. The front and rear
leather seats are included. The car does not run but does roll and is
trailerable. 

There is no Maine title. Bill of sale only. Maine is a non-title state for
these older vehicles.
