I restore the floating PS bracket. RM  has it on the club site. Way more
than just installing a new bolt.

  There is nothing unusual about the bolt and your description implies that
  the one you have is either an unmarked or grade 2 bolt, both of soft
  steel. It can be replaced with either a grade 5 or 8 available at most
  hardware stores. With a hard bolt the bulk of the wear will be
  transferred from the bolt to the pump bracket. I any case the
  accumulated wear over time will cause misalignment of the belt and alot
  of vibration. The best plan is to replace the bolt and refurbish the
  bracket by counter boring the pivot holes and inserting bushings to
  eliminate the worn surfaces.

  I believe that Gary The Parts Doctor provides this service. I can't find
  the invoice currently so am not certain he does it. I am sure someone
  will respond to clarify. I had mine refurbish in this manor and it runs
  true and silent.
