Hi Mark: Just getting around to your question. I didn't see anyone else answer it. Yes, there is a rubber boot seal around the accelerator lever. (It will do a nice job of keeping the water inside on those leaky converts!) Just kidding! Actually, as probably someone has already mentioned to you, Gary Goers is a source for them. In my catalog, it is number 263 in the interior section.
