I have the rear seats out of both my H hardtop and my Sport convertible. 

The "dimples" showing where to drill for seat belt anchors do exist. 

Refer to the second set of pictures attached to Bob Merritt's e-mail. 

Scroll down to "Rear seat Installation" and then to the enlarged view of figure 1 which shows the locations. 

I plan to install rear belts in the convertible, but not in the H hardtop since the belts would have to go thru the back carpeted hardboard panel and thru the horizontal brace just above the floor.
