With the car on the floor I would say no way. There will not be enough clearance underneath. You will need an adjustable angle engine puller so you can tilt the motor and trans. But that will mean that the front of the car will need to be up on jack stand to get the clearance needed to achieve the angle to clear the firewall and the radiator support.with the length of the transmission.
