Hi Everyone, The car we saw in Tahoe will be coming to the meet in fully restored condition. As for deciding about dinner once you get there, your treasurer (and any meet host alive) really frowns on being surprised at check in with last minute changes. The club is usually required to pay in advance for a specified number of people for all the events. By the time the treasurer and meet host arrive at the meet, all they really want to do is enjoy the good time along with the rest of you. They do not enjoy juggling finances, checks, number counts after the registration deadline. That should all be decided prior to hopping in the car. We do understand that things can happen that are unforeseen and we can make on-the-spot adjustments. So Ron, banquet or not? Also, I'm on the fence about the dinner. Is there a deadline for deciding, or can I make the decision when I get to Carmel ?
