They are the Heritage Edition 300's, mine is an 06 and I believe they were
also run in 08 or 09.  They also have the logo on the seat backs.

I have seen a few recent 300-C's with a red, white and blue badge on a 
stainless trim that runs from the rear quarter to the fender. The badge is 
smaller than those on the earlier 300's. I haven't been able to find out 
which model year or years have it.
