[Chrysler300] windshield and rubber

Hi all
I need a new windshield for my 300 C convertible, who would you 
recommend for a good quality reproduction ? Is there any supplier in 
Scandinavia ?
Otherwise the windshield weatherstip is very tired and should be 
replaced with the windshield, does anyone reproduce it ? I don't want a 
cheap rubber by the yard.
KP USA BILAR in Sweden have what seems to be a windshield rubber 
reproduction ,does anybody ever try it ?
