[Chrysler300] Who's got a sun visor trick?

I can usually figure out a way to fix a lot of little details, but this one has me stumped and I hope one of you has a trick I can use.

Both of the sunvisors on our C are too slippery on their rods, and as you go down the road they both drop down. What I've tried so far to correct the situation has made it worse if anything.

Does anyone have a way to increase the friction of the visor on the rod?

Thanks.
