Hello All, I know we recently had a discussion about tires but I?m still in need of some help for my 300F. Right now I have 14? BF Goodrich 9 X 14 Silvertowns, 2 ¼? whitewalls on my car. They about 16 years old and I want to replace them with radials. I ordered a set from Diamondback, told them what I had and they sent me a set of BF Goodrich Radials 225/70/14. The problem is that they are about 2? smaller in diameter than the Silvertowns. The Silvertowns are about 28? in diameter and these radials are 26?. The car doesn?t look right with those smaller Diameter tires. Looking at Diamondback?s online catalog, there does not seem to be a tire that approximates 28? in diameter for a 14? wheel. Does anyone have any ideas or another source for the proper diameter radial tires with a 2 1/4? whitewall?
