Look at the direction the bracket is leaning, it is leaning to the rear
of the valve cover, the 58's leans more over the valve cover, more
towards the carbbys.  This moved the coil away from the distributor
some more then the 57's, Not that much but a real change was made
between the 2 sets that I have had in my hands.

Somewhere in my archives I also have the 'ultimate' nitpick on 300
valve covers.
IF I can find the place I stored them I can retrieve the pictures and
share them.  :-)

BUT this Might Not be the case in all cars, just my personal experience.
