Greetings, That is 100% factory. The 300D Daytona car was built for racing and never went to a dealer, so it wasn't a dealer's work. The Bonneville race car was built on the same day as the Daytona race car (Valentines Day...Feb 14th, 1958). Both cars were sold internally by Chrysler Manufacturing to another arm of Chrysler (Either Public Relations or Engineering... most likely PR), then one car was sold to the driver (Daytona) and one car was given to it's driver(Bonneville). Both bypassed the dealers completely. At the time of your photo both cars were low-mile unrestored. Both cars matched identically. I think it is safe to say that they are both factory.
