Same silver as the engine block. Definitely the filler tube/bracket and possibly the dipstick handle as well. Looking an old picture of my untouched original 58 Windsor's dipstick handle it looks to have possibly been natural due to the surface rust on it (or poorly adhered paint) and my D's (taken apart in late 1960's) was either silver or natural (definitely not black)---it was sitting in a pile of parts and I can't recall the dipstick handle being either silver or corroded metal like the Windsor. I need to know the correct color of the transmission oil filler tube and also the color of the dipstick handle/cap, for a 300D. Engine color? Black? Unpainted? Thank you!
