I really don't like the philosophy of pushing everyone to use electronic (computer) communication / distribution. I get enough of that CRxP from banks wanting to charge to get paper statements. If we are going to use that rationale, do I get a discount for Electronic Format or do we just charge more for NOT Electronic. I personally like having the electronic format to supplement the paper copy - and it does allow electronic filing for archival purposes . But the E-copy should be essentially FREE at least to distribution and hopefully minimal additional work to format/send but when I get paper copy, I can take it with me to read - without having to find a printer. The debate should be based on a mail out survey - we have heard more than enough speculation - including mine - from those of us who are very active on computers.
