Hi Pete and all, Bob Merritt oversees the listserver, but I am fairly familiar with it. As far as I know, clicking on the Reply to All sends it to everyone on the group list. There are only two reply choices. 1. just to the sender 2. to the whole group I'm not aware that any particular address can be blocked. That being said, that email had all the markings of being sent by someone who hacked into the address book of the sender. We have had a few of those via the listserver and I don't think there is any way to avoid it. NEVER click on the link in that kind of email. And promptly delete the email. Also delete all cookies. Running a virus check would be a good idea also. The unfortunate thing is that the sender might not be aware of the problem. I've gotten a few of those type of emails from individual senders as well as via the listserver. Viruses can act in strange ways and that could have been the cause of the block. I was informed that the sender's e-mail address had been "blocked" so that my response would not be delivered. Can someone identify the senders? It strikes me that nobody on the list server should be able to access it without the other members being able to respond to, or access, the e-mail of the sender. Not having one's e-mail address blocked from other list server members should, in my opinion, be a requisite to access to the list server.
