I found a Carter 4741 for 1970 440 Automatic with A/C - single carb. Not sure that makes sense as the normal convention as I understood it was H7 would have been a manufacture date of August 1967 and H8 would have been August 1968 - but most of the 67/68 Chrysler Carters were 43xx and 44xx series - possibly aftermarket?
