The bowden cable that opens and closes the water valve on the 64 Chrysler K is broken on one end. The internet has 300 hours of places to seek help here and many of the cables look OK for Mustangs and others but do not tell the length. Has anybody found a place that sells generic push-pull cables for our cars by description and measurements? Perhaps one of your parts cars has an operating one for this car. It is 37 and 7/8 inchs eyelet to eyelet with a 2 inch extension on either end. Wish we were in Chattanouga with the 300 Faithful instead of home chasing a piece of cable....... jettlarry@xxxxxxx Larry Jett 510-794 7911 Newark CA [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] ------------------------------------ To send a message to this group, send an email to: Chrysler300@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe from this group, send an email to bob@xxxxxxxxxxxxx or go to http://autos.groups.yahoo.com/group/Chrysler300/join and select the "Leave Group" button For list server instructions, go to http://www.chrysler300club.com/yahoolist/inst.htm For archives go to http://www.forwardlook.net/300-archive/search.htm#querylangYahoo!
