Hi Matt - interesting side note about the speedo being in kilometres. However, it is probably from another country other than Canada. Canadian cars didn't go metric until 1978. Prior to that they were the same as US cars with speedometers and odometers in miles.

I go to a local guage shop here in Southern California.
The owner has a very nice and complete Astra-Dome that he is willing to sell.
(He did not know what he wanted for it)
 
The interesting thing is that it is a factory Canadian 200 kilometer speedometer with 3 miles on it.
It has the factory 1960 date code on the back of it.
