Sorry for any confusion Bob about my email, my bad. With out going into great detail, I did not mean the car was a #2 before the resoration. It was a 3- driver. What I was trying to convey was that the car was rust free, the glass was good, the car ran, drove and stopped well. My point being it was a very original driver that was taken to the next level where the car can be taken to shows. As the car was not taken off the frame and the drive train did not need rebuilding, I would not call it a #1 car. I hope that clears up any confusion Bob, my apologies. I suggest if interested contact Dee. I have know him for 10 years and have bought cars from him and he is a very honest person in my dealings with him. Of course, as with any car, a potential buyer would have to inspect the car for him/her self. Hmmm. Could you explain a bit further for those of us with an interest in the value of 300G converts exactly what you mean? Why would a car have the same rating before and after the restoration?
