Seems there is a place that can replicate a Carter Strip-Kit for just a little more $$ The Strip-Kits came with a variety of metering rod sets (4 diff sets of 2), several diff needle valve and seats (2 diff sized sets), and a variety of jets (12 diff sets of 2). the place says they can customize a strip-kit to order. I'd speculate that for the asking $$ of a strip kit, that a carb specific setup should be cheaper (maybe at least 50% less) due to not having to deal with left over parts that wouldn't get used. (ok, I took a better look at what I remembered of that place and its the same place you found) Maybe having more info can help?? -- Paul Holmgren Mine: 2 57 300-C's in Indy Hers: 05 PT GT R/T HO Stage 1 Hoosier Corps L#6 The best things in history are accomplished by people who get “tired of being shoved around.” ------------------------------------ To send a message to this group, send an email to: Chrysler300@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe from this group, send an email to bob@xxxxxxxxxxxxx or go to http://autos.groups.yahoo.com/group/Chrysler300/join and select the "Leave Group" button For list server instructions, go to http://www.chrysler300club.com/yahoolist/inst.htm For archives go to http://www.forwardlook.net/300-archive/search.htm#querylangYahoo!
