[Chrysler300] Goers & 1960 300F Sill Plates Update

I was thinking the dies were only for the later years.  Could you confirm
which years the dies are for?  They might fit the earlier cars but be of a
different design?  Those in my '64K's have three crowns and about half the
length embossed with grooves running at right angles to the long dimension
of the plate.

Hi Rich,

The sill plates are still in the works. The dies are mostly finished and in
2 weeks they will begin stamping them. Gary should have them in about 6
weeks.

He's doing alittle better and still on the mend.

gary was in the process of sill plates for 60 to 64 chrysler just before
head fell and broke his ankle. they are in the works, i think any way...
havn't talked to him lately but will be going there tomorrow.. he does have
the heal plates for f and g made. i have a pair at my place if any body
would like to see a picture of them. they are made of 1/4 thick plate
aluminum. they are very nice they are very rigid . they have not been
anodized ... i think he is leaving that up to the buyer to have them chromed
