Someone needs to check this one out.
Looks to me like it spent some time flooded.
The upholstery, floors and doors show real water damage, at least, from the
photos.
Look at the backside of the Radiator, near the bottom of the photos, and it
looks like a water line across it @ the frame level.
Hopefully, I'm wrong, but maybe someone local can stop by and do some
checking.
