Marvel Mystery Oil may be another option. I use it in all my old Kohler powered Cubs. 2 oz per 4gal. These include: a 2000 Lincoln, a 2002 Camaro B4C Police LS1, a '98 Dodge Dakota V-8 and a '95 Caprice Police with LT1 and last but not least, a '65 Harley panhead Electraglide. I have experienced only beneficial effects: better mileage, smoother running engines, quieter electric fuel pumps in the FI cars and easier starting in all of them. You should try marine oil with TCW3 for a few tank fulls (1 oz. to five gallons) and see for yourself. You can get it in cheap by the quart or gallon container at Wal-Mart. Grab a guart and try it. You have nothing to lose. I keep a list of ethanol free gas stations in it. It turns out the most reliable site is http://www.pure-gas.org/ I have been 100% successful using the Kansas and Missouri locations it lists. As far as additives, I am steering away from any 2-stroke oil or other additives other than Stabil and lead substitute for prolonged highway speeds. I have heard too many stories about oil based additives causing fouled plugs, stuck rings and smoking?? I am one of those that will not burn gas with alcohol in any of my old Mopars. I rely on web sites like buyrealgas.com They list stations in all states on their site. I seldom have to go more than 5 or 6 miles out of my way. It seems to be premium most of the time but my C300 loves it. .Jack Jack Boyle Enjoying the same C-300 since 1967 From: mailto:Chrysler300%40yahoogroups.com [mailto:mailto:Chrysler300%40yahoogroups.com] On Behalf Of keboonstra Sent: Friday, August 30, 2013 4:42 PM To: mailto:Chrysler300%40yahoogroups.com Subject: [Chrysler300] I don't need alcohol to be happy Can't believe it. A large fueling station just 3 miles down the main drag from me has just install a separate tank and pump, and they are offering 90 octane ETHANOL-FREE gasoline. And it's priced at a very reasonable $4.39 a gallon. This afternoon I pumped out every drop of ethanol laden gas from my three collector cars and reloaded them with this new ethanol-free stuff. I used to have to go to a special station that handled racing fuel, or drop in at the little one-horse airport nearby and get the LL100 avgas. And, of course, you have to dispense it into 5-gallon jerry cans first and then transfer to your car. This is WAY better. So Cool.
