[Chrysler300] 300 G sun visors and headliner

I'm working on a 300G. It doesn't have sun visors nor the mounting hardware. I'm looking for a set of cores to be refurbished by Gary Goers or another. Are the visors the same as on a New Yorker and if so what model years of New Yorker could supply the correct cores (and mounting hardware)?

The car not only does not have visors it doesn't have visor holes through the headliner (I checked, the metal mounting flanges are in good shape beneath the headliner). So the headliner is not original. Since the headliner has mouse holes it has to be replaced. The current embodiment is a charcoal gray mouse fur with a regular grid of perforations every quarter inch or so. The car was ordered from the factory with a black interior. What would be the correct color/material for the headliner?
