I used moth balls and dryer sheets the first year
the 300 was back home. Never again for the moth balls. It took half the summer
for the moth ball odor to disappear. Have used dryer sheets for the 10 years
subsequently -- never a problem. My wife's summer daily driver is stored in a
pole building for winters, in the country, with holes in the ratwall big
enough to let a large raccoon through. I know critters get in that
building. The dryer sheets have worked perfectly.
