Ray and all Add a new contact in your address book with a series of exclamation marks "!!!!!!!!!!!!'. Computers recognize this character first and will enter at top of your address book. If you are hacked, the !!!!!!!!!! marks are not recognized as a address book and not enter your list. I learned this many years ago have never been hacked. There is no down side to do this, you have nothing to loose. So, it looks like some bastard has somehow been able to get into my address book and send out his crap. I am sorry if you, too, received a bogus e-mail appearing to be from me, so please let me know if this happened to you also. If this bogus BS has affected several others, I will have to go into my e-mail account and change my password -- it's inconvenient, but usually stops this crap. And of course, please do NOT click on any link in a message with a blank subject line or is something you would not ordinarily expect me to be talking about, or where the content is primarily a link to some unfamiliar website, or where your name appears along with many other addressees. I don't usually send the same message to multiple recipients, but whenver I do, it is virtually always by the "bcc" route (like this message right now) so you see only your own name on the addressee line, but no others. (sometimes it shows "undisclosed recipients") Ray Melton ------------------------------------ Posted by: "Gary Nelson" <gnelson@xxxxxxxxxxxx> ------------------------------------ To send a message to this group, send an email to: Chrysler300@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe from this group, send an email to bob@xxxxxxxxxxxxx or go to http://autos.groups.yahoo.com/group/Chrysler300/join and select the "Leave Group" button For list server instructions, go to http://www.chrysler300club.com/yahoolist/inst.htm For archives go to http://www.forwardlook.net/300-archive/search.htm#querylangYahoo Groups Links <*> To visit your group on the web, go to: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Chrysler300/ <*> Your email settings: Individual Email | Traditional <*> To change settings online go to: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Chrysler300/join (Yahoo!
