Best I could read from photo. If I had the tag in hand I could confirm #. He also sent photo of stamped no. on bottom of base, 1446. I do not think that is correct for C. My carbs are 500 mi from me. Can't confirm anything.

By all appearances they look identical to C carbs. They are likely smaller cfm for smaller motor. Buyer be ware, check all the no's yourself.

My Carter paperwork says 2583 is a single 4bbl for caddylacks
BUT the baseplate linkage is not Gm according to what I recall!!
(peeked at a caddylack carbby on ebay, and it has GM linkage)

the tag might not be right.
