I do not know anything much re what a '64 300K is worth, but I have a '67 Pontiac/GTO convert. In '67 GTOs there are still I think 3 different bodies, and if the 2 door post/pillared model was still offered in '67 like I think it was, that '67 GTO is worth a fair bit less than the 2 door (non pillar), or the convert. Then there are engine and trans options, bench seat even I think. So if this GTO is a lowest hp, bench seat pillared GTO, and it has rust in usual GTO places like trunk floor outers where body bracs are, plus if it not a convert they often rust bad round rear window, etc - then that GTO is not worth a lot, even less if it a non runner and an auto, basic 10 bolt diff/axle, and has wrong rims/wheels - correct date coded genuine issue stuff like rims etc for GTOs is/are often silly prices.
It is the old story - it is not just what you pay for a car to restore, it is what it owes you at the end - versus what it then worth !! But near any '67 GTO even in most basic least sought variety, would still be a good car to drive versus many other old cars, Christopher in Australia CC: Chrysler300@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To: jmaiani@xxxxxxxxxxx From: Chrysler300-noreply@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Date: Wed, 17 Sep 2014 12:17:30 -0400 Subject: Re: [Chrysler300] Question about 64 K Hi Jim, Not knowing specifics on either car, it looks like you'd be ahead by a bit on the K. Hagerty Price Guide shows the GTO in #4 condition (running, which this one isn't) and a K (running, which this one is) at $11,900.
