My guess is these "storage"dealers pay mega bribes to be put on the list of "approved" storage dealers.

They have no way of getting $ from individuals who can derive some benefit from these "salvage" cars!.

It's all politics!

May be one of those cars that took that special tax incentive back in 2009. To get it, had to agree not to retitle and salvage dealers were supposed to put that special "gunk" in the engines to insure they would never be used again.

I need my morning coffee bad!!!!!!!
