RE: [Chrysler300] A/C Radiator for 300-K

I agree with the part number as I went to special effort to obtain and recore one.  It has a shroud on the back to assure air is pulled in through the corners.  The parts manual shows the same radiator for Dodge 880’s with 413’2 and all- Chrysler Newport, 300, 300K & New Yorker with 413’s.

With the thermal fan “clutch”, my fan comes very close-maybe ½”- to the core.  Not enough room to replace the thermal clutch or even the fan belts without removing the radiator.  The current engine is a later 383 2-BBL.  Can anyone advise of the normal gap between fan and radiator in a ’64 413 ram-engined car?

Hi Group:

Just a quick check to make sure that I have the correct radiator for Ann'e K convert, which does have A/C.  The number on the tank of the one I have is

2445643.  Can anyone verify that as the correct radiator, before I send it out to be recored?

Thanks,
