Hi Mike, I do not think we have any AC switches , no cores. If we do will get back. They are even more rare(AC) . One suggestion,-- I have thought about-- is use the marginal switch to drive external 40A 12v relays for the fan current..easy to do this, wiring wise. Then no heating or melting . Many mopars (all 70’s trucks, my experience ), for sure burn up the heater power fuse at fuse box or fan switch , bad design. 3AG fuse has weak clips it burns up fuse box. Too small physically for 30A. Later cars always use a relay for fan. ALL Electronics (Cal) has the automotive relays and plugs for them , low $, easy to figure out . Drive relay coils to ground through switch, separate 30A #10 wire and 115 v 30 electrician typ cartridge fuse in commercial 120 holder, from alternator wire to both relay arms , relay NO terminals to hi and lo speed wires formerly on switch ,…can all be under dash or? I do this for hi power headlights too. Do not hook to battery side , ammeter will not read right. (another whole subject) I hope anyone in club with FGH switches in dust bin will pass them on. Many guys have 4-5 of these ,cams no good, or off of junkers, sitting in a box. Will help someone else to maybe you, to move them on out! From: Michael Moore [mailto:mmoore8425@xxxxxxx] Hi John, I have a 300H with a badly mangled a/c/heater/ blower switch. I tried to repair broken nipples (epoxy and brass tubing) burned blower switch contacts (something also pretty awful. As I recall the case was badly deformed. Do yu have a usable switch for that car available for an outright sale? I would really like to get my hvac system workingproperly again and am tryng to collect necessary parts to wholesale replace everything which I know to be suspect (including water valve-mine is an aftermarket) .
