The 1959 Imperial with optional 15 inch wheels look like the same wheel cover with a gear and spinner anodized aluminum center pieces.

The wheelcover is an exact match to my G, is 15" and does not have disc brake stamped in it. It could easily be used as a G or H wheelcover (center section is painted black like the H, not red like the G, but has a sort of space capsule shaped splined cast pot metal center with a red dot on the end that protrudes out from the cover.
