Try NAPA part number 7161 hose, it works well.  I haven't checked availability in a while but that's your best bet.

I’m looking for repro connectors (the things that look like pieces of radiator hose) that are clamped between the ram manifolds and the equalizer tube. Anyone know who offers these? Thanks.,_._,___
