The tilt wheel design looks more complex than a TorqueFlite and requires about the same number of special tools. I have just completed an extensive (you know me) report on the functionality and maintenance of the turn signal mechanical and electrical components of the Saginaw adjustable steering wheel and column. It is circulating for review before I publish it but I could send anyone interested a package of the first draft with text, drawings & photos.
