Pete  When I restored my 69 Dart GTS back in 2000, I had this place: http://www.ssnake-oyl.com/ make a new set for me.  Not sure if they can do it for the 300, but for the Dart they were perfect.

Pete,

I got my seat belts from Wesco Performance. http://wescoperformance.stores.yahoo.net/nonresebe.html

You’ll have to call them and describe the type of anchorage. They don’t list the hook type on their website but they do have them.
