[Chrysler300] 300F Parking Brake Adjusting Tool

The parking brake on my 300F needs to be adjusted. The manual calls for "spanner wrench tool" C-3723. (ref: service manual group 4, page 4)  Nothing I have will work and NAPA lists some possibilities in their tool catalog but they don't seem right either. Any help is truly appreciated.  I'll pay postage if some one is willing to loan one.  A jpg of the tool would help too.
