[Chrysler300] Starter question - 300F

First time I've had to pull the starter on my F.

 

Not having done this before, just want to confirm -

• bottom ear is easy to see, and just remove the nut
• top ear - is this detached by removing a bolt that goes through the bellhousing? Or?
