[Chrysler300] 300F trunk underside pad

Hello Group,

What's the recommended material to cut and apply to the underside of a 300F trunk lid? Mine is painted and a few bits are missing. I want to go back to the original straw-colored look.

 

I recall we had this discussion a couple or so years ago, but I'm not finding it in our archives. I see the January 2011 email exchange re C300 trunks, and recommended use of 1/16" tar paper, along with discussion that Bob Merritt used to inventory 1/8" material, but that stock was fully depleted.
