I used Rustoleum Barbeque Black on mine about 13 years ago. Holding up nicely. Kind of semi-gloss finish.

While I have my axle housing out and cleaned, I think I will repaint it.

It looks like the original paint was gloss black, or perhaps semi-gloss.

Can someone tell me the correct finish? (I’m about to use a spray can of Rustoleeum

gloss black)
