There is a similar 1964 Chrysler 300 Sport in the Silver
Color with a Black Vinyl top listed on Ebay now at:

The car is shown with the listing as having a 413 engine and push button
transmission control. Vin is 8243224532. Bid at $5300 (reserve not met)

The "Silver 300 Package",
package code 329, was a spring trim package offered on both the 300 and
300K models in the two door hardtop body style only. The package
consisted of silver paint, a color offered on lesser Chrysler products
but not available for the full size Chrysler until this package was
offered; black interior color; and a canopy vinyl top with roof molding,
previously offered as standard equipment only on the New Yorker
Salon. Chrysler built 2,152 Silver 300's and 255 Silver
300K's. A genuine Silver 300 is verified on the body data plate
with PNT code "229", with 2 indicating Silver Pewter paint and
9 indicating package code 329, as well as code Z5 for the roof canopy
molding. This package was developed as a way to use up the excess
inventory of vinyl tops and roof moldings before the end of the model
year and subsequent body change for 1965, when the sales of the New
Yorker Salon failed to reach expectations.
This is what I see looking at the pictures. This appears to be a
300 hardtop with Silver 300 package, one of 2,152 built. Standard
383 2-barrel engine. Pushbutton automatic. I cannot tell if
crank windows or power windows. Power brakes with Kelsey Hayes
booster (optional on 300). Factory Air car with compressor removed
and original A/C radiator replaced with an non-A/C radiator.
Optional tilt steering wheel. Optional AM search-tune (7-button)
tube radio. The car has the standard black vinyl interior used in
all 300 and 300K's and appears to have been patched, with certain panels
replaced and good original material reused. The seat inserts are
original in the rear, but have been replaced in the front, indicated by
the silver stars still present on the rear seats, but missing on the
front seats.
Please let me know if you have any other questions or comments.
